They are now looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer specializing in corporate offices design to join their team.
Your will be responsible for:
- Collaborate on space planning, conceptual design, and design development to collectively brainstorm design directions and concepts.
- Engage with clients, including presentations and pitching design proposals.
- Participate in client meetings and communication.
- Create construction drawings, support tenders, and conduct site observations. Translate concepts into detailed technical drawings and solutions.
- Oversee and assess design team's tender and construction drawing packages.
- Craft sample boards and presentation materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
- Enhance design standards and ensure design quality control.
- Conduct site analysis and inventory assessments.
You are required to have:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture & Design.
- Bring a minimum of 4 - 6 years of pertinent experience in the field of Interior Design.
- Demonstrate established creative expertise, a keen sense of color, and adeptness in design documentation.
- Exhibit effective communication and adept design presentation abilities.
- Proficiently skilled in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and 3D software.
- Hold sound knowledge and hands-on experience in managing Tender/Construction drawing packages and interior detailing using AutoCAD for commercial office spaces.
