IT Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems and networks.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Respond in a timely manner to handle issues and requests.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems of IT equipment and networks.
• Provide IT technical support in the company.
• Arrange for repairing and replacing IT equipment as necessary.
• Negotiate with IT vendor about price or service scope for our benefit.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• More than 3 years of experience in the IT industry with hands on experience.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with a variety of hardware, software, networking technologies and understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and capability to align IT strategies with overall business objectives.
