You will be a key part of helping the business in ensuring timely and professional handling of customer inquiries, while upholding operational excellence with precision and quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • As Administrative Executive, your responsibility is to conduct daily activities in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Providing timely and professional responses to corporate customer inquiries, including well-presented offers, comprehensive information, and competitive rates to maximize business opportunities.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely execution of work in line with the service bookings and client's requirements.
  • Sending timely confirmations to clients, presenting information in a professional and organized manner.
  • Coordinating with various departments, such as finance and sales, to ensure operations are carried out with precision and quality, aligned with the service requirements.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills and fostering strong teamwork.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum SPM certificate holder, Diploma in related field is advantageous.
  • Experience working in operation or travel industry 
  • Fluent Japanese communication as the role is required to liaise with their Japan HQ and clients (customer facing business conversation level)
