JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide service for IT, application infrastructure, and technical inquiries.
  • Provide technical input, solutions and monitor service delivery so it is compliance to budget, quality standards and end-user requirements
  • Manages the technical and service relationship between end-user and vendors
  • Works with key client representatives to retain customers and build business 
  • Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) service delivery generally be done remotely in company facility but may be performed at customer’s location when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficiency in Japanese language (speak, read and writing)
  • Entry-level or intermediate-level certificate in IT work field is an added advantage 
  • Fresh graduate, industry player keen to venture into IT are welcome
