Industry: Business Service Outsourcing (IT)
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide service for IT, application infrastructure, and technical inquiries.
- Provide technical input, solutions and monitor service delivery so it is compliance to budget, quality standards and end-user requirements
- Manages the technical and service relationship between end-user and vendors
- Works with key client representatives to retain customers and build business
- Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) service delivery generally be done remotely in company facility but may be performed at customer’s location when required
- Proficiency in Japanese language (speak, read and writing)
- Entry-level or intermediate-level certificate in IT work field is an added advantage
- Fresh graduate, industry player keen to venture into IT are welcome
