Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor WIP and FG inventory levels.
- Regularly provide production status updates to management.
- Facilitate timely delivery of products to customers.
- Establish daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly production plans.
- Communicate with customers on factory stock (WIP and FG) and simulate shipment plans.
- Ensure compliance with company Work Instructions, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, GMPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor, maintain, execute, and improve Production MRP, issue work orders.
- Summarize end-month stock closing report for WIP and FG.
- Report discrepancies in production planning to management.
- Liaise with purchasing/production/warehouse on product supply chain matters.
- Be responsible for overall warehouse area activities, including housekeeping and 5S.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent (knowledge in Supply Chain Management/QMS is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years in Production Planning (Supervisory level).
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP, MRP.
- Good communication, time management, organizational, and leadership abilities. Able to speak, read and write English, Malay, Japanese.
