JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Forecast and calculate company revenue and profit based on the job order.
• Negotiation with the client and drafting of documents related to budget, work content, work period, consequent upon receipt of project orders.
• Checking monthly man-day consumption and cost, checking the content of invoices.
• Internal staff allocation for purposes of operation management.
• Internal resource management for purposes of recruiting.
• Formulate personnel plans with each production group.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2 years of experience in Production Management or Resource Management.
• Great with English & Japanese (Read, Write, Speak, Equivalent to N2 and above)
• Animation passionate individual are welcome to apply.
