Job Responsibilities
- Perform Sales activity for house moving job especially for expatriate relocation to Malaysia or transfer out to home country or elsewhere.
- Coordinating the movements of goods, monitoring the packing activity, arrangement of transportation and any other matters that related to.
- Prepare the quotation, job order, packing details and invoice to the clients.
- Perform confirmation or sending related shipping documents with overseas Company.
- Good personal relations with the clients for moving planning and ensures clients goods and property is safely arrived to the destination.
- Require to travel within Klang valley and may extend to other state in Malaysia if necessary (Company car is available).
- Responsible to forwarding related matters in order to meet the Customer demands.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ BAC. Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Arts or any fields.
- Having good communication skills and pleasant.
- Must able to communicate in English and Japanese (Japanese native speaker or JLPT N1/N2).
- Trustworthy, maintain the integrity and commitment.
