JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with business leaders to support HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Support employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives. - Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate with regional/global HR teams on projects and best practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP support role, preferably in a dynamic or customer-facing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Passion for travel and people-focused work is a plus.
