JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop business opportunities in Data Center industry which include infrastructure solutioning and Maintenance Services.
Follow-up with customers and partners to ensure a timely renewal of Maintenance Services Contracts.
Providing professional advice to customers who have problems with their current setup. This include recommending new Products and Services.
Consistently manage account sales pipeline information, ensuring timely communication of forecast and accurate changes to customer buying plans
Build and develop trusted relationships with clients.
Own, drive and manage an execution plan with consultants and partners.
Create business proposals, negotiate terms and contracts to successful closure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
3 years’ experience in sales preferable related to Data Centre equipment and Maintenance Services.
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
Business communication, leadership and project management skills.
Vendor relationship and negotiating skills.
Technical proficiency with a passion for technology.
Close engagement with consultants on managing projects deliveries.
Responsible and accountable for tender preparation and submission.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
