Korean Speaker - Purchasing Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Asia Pacific region by processing orders using SAP system
• Receive and process Purchase Order number
• Checking and confirm the customer's credit and payment terms to proceed
• Generate and send the invoice to customer
• Ensure that the standard of procedure of the order process is followed correctly (PO number creation, send order confirmation, invoice submission)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in written and spoken Korean and English, as there is a need to work with stakeholders in South Korea.
• Bachelor degree certification
• Experience with purchasing / procurement or order management is an added advantage
