JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, hunting for new clients, crafting quotations, negotiating business deals, and managing relationships with the clients.
- Acquiring new clients through lead-generation activities.
- Nurturing new and dormant accounts to their full potential.
- Identifying emerging markets (ideas, industries, or technologies).
- Meeting the sectional sales targets set by the management.
- Managing, supporting, and developing the team of salespeople and project managers.
- Formulating strategies that propel the team towards the targets/goals.
- Strategically identifying and engaging potential clients with well-defined.
- Continuously enhancing and enhancing client relationships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in the Korean language at either the native or business level.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for candidates who have held managerial roles.
- Proven track record of success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Capability to undertake international travel at least once a month.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with Excel being a vital skill, and additional proficiency in statistical tools considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills are indispensable for this role.
