JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Perform requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment.
• Build, quality assure and maintain HR system functionality to meet business requirements, which
includes configuration of Workday and other systems integration.
• Create functional and technical systems documentation.
• Work cross-functionally to understand issues/deficiencies in existing processes, design innovative
integration solutions, execute implementation in Workday, and ensure requirements are met while
maintaining data integrity and security.
• Create report and dashboard solutions within Workday and partner with HR and key stakeholders to
optimize existing reports
Minimum of 5 years' experience of Workday Implementation experience preferably with an
implementation partner.
• Experience with Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation.
Experience on Learning and Prism is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task and set priorities.
• Strong trait in people management and coordination work including processes on policies and
documentations.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Agile and ability to adapt to the constants change through innovation.
