COMPANY OVERVIEW
A multinational data analytics and market research company located in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a talent with sales and key client management expert experience to be part of sales and business development team. You will be a key part of helping the team to meet and expand the customer acquisition and meet revenue growth targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Obtaining fresh customers through lead-generation efforts.
  • Cultivating both new and inactive accounts to maximize their value.
  • Achieving the designated sales objectives within specified timeframes (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Overseeing, assisting, and enhancing the sales and project management team.
  • Creating plans that drive the team toward the objectives and goals.
  • Strategizing and approaching potential clients with clear plans.
  • Enhancing and managing client relationships for continual improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, as there is a need to work with stakeholders and clients in China.
  • Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience within the same industry, particularly in B2B sales.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated success in past roles as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or surpassing set targets.
  • Capable of traveling internationally at least once a month.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and additional proficiency in statistical tools is a plus.
  • Possess strong analytical and communication skills
