■海外(マレーシア尚可)のサービス業・飲食業などにおける同様の経験、5-10年以上が好ましい
■海外でのマネジメント経験必須(ビジネスを自走させることが出来る方)
■ビジネスレベル〜ネイティブの日本語⼒(N2 以上程度目安)

【Position】
MD Successor
【Job Description】
A business head candidate position at the Malaysian subsidiary of a major Japanese leisure service company.
Formulation, execution, and management of business strategies and sales plans for the Malaysian subsidiary
Coordination and reporting with the Japanese headquarters
Overall supervision of store operations
Planning and implementation of marketing, promotional activities, and business improvement initiatives
Financial management, recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee training and development
Other general management duties…etc

【Requirements】
-Preferably 5–10 years of relevant experience in the service or food & beverage industry overseas (experience of business expansion in Malaysia is a plus)
-Proven management experience abroad, with the ability to independently drive business operations
-Business-level to native-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)
-Understanding Japanese corporate culture
