JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the mill maintenance - Planning, preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance
- Supervising and controlling workers daily activities in the mill ensure according to procedure and requirements
- Investigate any non-conforming related to process, maintenance, despatch, grading etc and provide recommendation for improvement
- Responsible for assisting Senior Mill Manager / Mill Manager in human development, performing the duties and responsibilities related to mill daily operations
- Well verse with requirement of RSPO, MSPO & Supply Chain Certification Standard (SCCS)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mechanical/Chemical or any engineering field, Diploma or equivalent
- Fresh graduate / relevant experience in Palm Oil mill Industry is encouraged to apply.
- Hand-on experience / training in the oil mill maintenance system
