JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily purchasing request and purchasing order processing
- Checking material availability and confirming orders with the vendors in respect to price, quality and delivery date
- Cutting of Purchase Orders to vendors on time
- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and expedite delivery of goods (JIT)
- Follow up on rejected MDR or wrongly sent parts and ensure the punctual return of the parts
- Formulating customers and vendors relationships and monitoring on-time delivery, quality, pricing and etc
- Reschedule in and out for all the orders
- Responsibilities for Inventory Turn and Aging Reports
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing or related background
- Good negotiation skills
- Familiar with ERP system
- Able to work under pressure and meet a tight deadline
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
