One of the public listed company is looking for Organization Development Manager who will be responsible for HR strategy development, organization structure and model, competency framework, and workforce optimisation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with company’s goals and objectives.
- Improvement on employee engagement, retention, and overall organisational culture.
- Analyse and assess the existing organisational structure, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Propose and implement changes to the operating model
- Develop and manager career development paths for employees and aligned with employee skillset and talents.
- Job evaluation framework and ensure consistency and best practices.
- Identify and foresee future talents needs for company growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organisational development (OD), HR strategy, or related roles, preferably within complex organisational structures.
- Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies, compensation structures, and market benchmarking.
- Familiarity with job evaluation systems and tools.
- Proven record in executing OD projects.
- Exposure from large organization.
