Our client is an established parts manufacturing company based in Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain plans for material requirements based on forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any supply or production issues.
- Track production progress and adjust plans to accommodate changes or delays.
- Analyze usage trends and performance data to improve planning accuracy and reduce waste.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to align expectations and timelines.
Generate reports and support audits to maintain transparency and compliance in planning activities.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in business studies or its equivalent.
3-4 years experience in manufacturing industry.
Knowledge in ISO 9001 and 14001.
Computer literate in such as MS Excel, PowerPoint.
