Our client is an established parts manufacturing company based in Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain plans for material requirements based on forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any supply or production issues.
Track production progress and adjust plans to accommodate changes or delays.
Analyze usage trends and performance data to improve planning accuracy and reduce waste.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to align expectations and timelines.
Generate reports and support audits to maintain transparency and compliance in planning activities.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in business studies or its equivalent.
3-4 years experience in manufacturing industry.
Knowledge in ISO 9001 and 14001.
Computer literate in such as MS Excel, PowerPoint.
