- To define the manufacturing process strategy
- To coordinate the process solution development / manufacturing and the implementation
- To supervise the ramp-up of the production lines until the efficiency targets are reached
- To develop a continuous improvement strategy

Job Requirements :
- At least 5 years of working experience in handling process operation in assembly manufacturing environment
- New Product and Process Development and industrialization
- Process Continuous Improvement activity
- Industrial engineering on time study, capacity planning and layout planning
- NPI and process validation (Initial stage)
- Daily operation Process sustaining. (Problem Solving Skills)
- Experience on handling automated machine start up
- Basic CAD software knowledge
- Knowledge of SPC, CPK, GR&R
- Strong technical project management.
- Lean manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently.
- Teamwork ability with good communication skills in an international environment and culture.
