A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a Product Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible to strategize, plan, and execute marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify key strategies for market penetration through fieldwork (approx. 2 days/week) and marketing activities (3 days/week), while managing personal sales targets in assigned institutions
- Manage product portfolios across Respiratory, Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Nephrology therapeutic areas
- Support product launches and marketing execution (online and offline)
- Plan and implement physical/digital campaigns aligned with business goals, including SWOT analysis and budget tracking
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities; prepare monthly sales and marketing reports, conduct market research, and analyze customer data
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) through regular visits and maintain an updated prescriber database
- Ensure adherence to company and industry codes of conduct; support adverse event reporting processes
Job Requirements
- Degree in Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, or Business
- 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience; experience in Cardiology and Nephrology therapeutic areas is an advantage
- In-depth understanding of the Rare Disease / Specialty Care patient journey, from diagnosis through treatment
- Strong ethical values, fostering open and honest communication, and full compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners
- A team player who is organized, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
