Our client is an established Japanese company with business in manufacturing of coating and film.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru
- Responsible of production operation and manage the production team, which inclusive of executives, foreman, supervisors and operators.
- Responsible and coordinates production processes run smoothly and efficiently and adjust operations when necessary.
Develop production workflows and shipment schedules. - Create and maintain production orders in accordance with material and capacity availability, to ensure production deadlines are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Min Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
- 5-10 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastic coating field.
- Good communication skills in English. Japanese speaking is an added advantage.
