Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee HVAC projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Design and plan HVAC systems for industrial and commercial facilities, including cleanrooms and utility systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, construction, procurement) and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Conduct site inspections to monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution.
Maintain accurate project schedules, cost control, and progress reports.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HVAC project engineering or M&E contracting.
Hands-on experience in HVAC projects for factories and warehouses or data center.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cleanroom standards, and utility systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software.
Familiarity with local building codes and Japanese engineering standards is an advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
