This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional coordination, and global project execution expertise to ensure seamless production transitions and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end planning of overseas production transfer projects, defining milestones, schedules, and delivery standards.
Organize and lead project kick-off meetings, clarifying roles, objectives, and expectations across all teams.
Act as the primary liaison between internal departments—R&D, engineering, production, procurement, quality, sales, and PMC—to ensure timely execution of processes.
Monitor and optimize project execution efficiency, driving improvements for seamless overseas production transitions.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, scope, and responsibilities.
Conduct risk assessments, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays or challenges.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Project Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Strong proficiency in project management tools and the ability to develop and execute project plans independently.
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, capable of managing global teams and fostering collaboration across diverse backgrounds.
