Job Responsibilities
Lead technical team and project team upon award of a contract to ensure proper project execution.
Manages EPC, design, construction management and/ design build projects.
Manage and resolve project related issues with various stakeholders (system owners, area owners, tools owners, consultant & relevant authorities).
Ensure compliance to the relevant government application law, act, regulations, and company business ethical standard etc.
Plan, prepare project schedule and ensure project hands over on time.
Accountable for managing the overall execution of the contract.
Responsible for project profit and loss commitments through effective cost control, schedule management etc.
Attend meetings (commercial meeting, design meeting, technical meeting, internal meeting and site meeting etc.
Ensure adherence to the government (DOSH) Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulation and comply to cleanroom protocol.
Job Requirements
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
10 years of relevant working experience in industrial project or construction operations experience preferred.
Candidate with experience in dealing with multi-discipline projects especially in HVAC and cleanroom projects preferred.
Computer literate and proficient in Ms. PowerPoint, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and AutoCAD.
Must possess a valid CIDB Green card.
Knowledge in Microsoft Project is an added advantage.
This role is based in Gelugor, Penang.
