JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop program for the project.
Manage project progress, quality, safety objectives, and cost control as specified in the engineering contract to ensure that construction aligns with predetermined goals for quality, cost, schedule, and safety.
- Review project completion documentation in advance to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards; coordinate specialized inspections and verify
engineering documentation and financial settlements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Age range between 30 and 45 years old; open to all genders.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,
- HVAC Equipment, Electrical, or Engineering Management minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, good proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to use English as a working language; accept short-to medium-term overseas business trips (2-3 months per trip); ability to work under pressure effectively.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or project management of data center MEP and HVAC systems; proficiency in project scheduling, testing, and commissioning management; experience leading or significantly contributing to the construction of at least three data centers; familiarity with the whole management of large IDC projects; familiarity with BMS and EPMS for smart dynamic environment systems is a plus.
