Job Responsibilities
- Develop and improve quality procedures, specifications, and management systems to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standards, and 5S practices.
- Lead inspection activities for purchased and subcontracted parts, oversee product acceptance during APQP/PPAP phases, and support customer PPAP audits.
- Liaise with customers by managing CSRs and inspection reports, handling complaints, and technical discussions.
- Support continuous improvement, prepare 8D reports and drive corrective/preventive actions to closure.
- Manage internal and external audits, follow up on findings, and ensure timely implementation of corrective measures.
- Track production processes, monitor 4M changes, analyze returned products, and share insights with internal teams to strengthen product quality and reliability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Quality Management, or related field.
- Min 2–3 years of relevant experience in quality engineering, process quality, or customer quality.
- Knowledge of quality standards and tools: IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D.
- Skilled in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM) with strong data analysis and reporting ability.
