Job Responsibilities
Develop and improve quality procedures, specifications, and management systems to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standards, and 5S practices.
Lead inspection activities for purchased and subcontracted parts, oversee product acceptance during APQP/PPAP phases, and support customer PPAP audits.
Liaise with customers by managing CSRs and inspection reports, handling complaints, and technical discussions.
Support continuous improvement, prepare 8D reports and drive corrective/preventive actions to closure.
Manage internal and external audits, follow up on findings, and ensure timely implementation of corrective measures.
Track production processes, monitor 4M changes, analyze returned products, and share insights with internal teams to strengthen product quality and reliability.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Quality Management, or related field.
Min 2–3 years of relevant experience in quality engineering, process quality, or customer quality.
Knowledge of quality standards and tools: IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D.
Skilled in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM) with strong data analysis and reporting ability.
