JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To create the promotion ideas and promotion method of personal care/ cosmetic products to penetrate the market.

Planning and creation of promotion strategy (combined with online and offline) and materials (i.e. social media, catalogue, brochure, etc).

Track and evaluate the marketing sell-in and sell-out program implemented to observe the trends and develop new methods to ensure effectiveness of the product promotion.

Analyze current marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvement.

Managing sales processes and identifying emerging market opportunities
-
Assists in the coordination and implementation of business strategies, and delegates tasks that achieve the strategic goals.

Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.

To assist the Director(s) in developing and maintaining good relationships with past, present and prospective distributor/ clients and identify new business opportunities and markets.

Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.

Ensure the products are well merchandised through the wholesaler or distributors
-
Participates in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon broad organization goals and objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degrees in marketing/ business management or related field

Candidate who had experience in handling personal care/ cosmetic product are welcome to apply.

At least 3-5 years related experience in a similar capacity, preferably in senior management

Must be a team player, dynamic, creative & able to work under pressure independently and with minimum supervision

A clear vision of market trends.

Exceptional people skills, good report writing & presentation skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels in English and Bahasa Melayu

A mature personality, meticulous, independent with a good work ethic and attitude
-
A self-starter with good interpersonal skills, a passion for excellence and the ability to provide leadership, motivation & training/mentoring to staff
-
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, effective planning and organizational skills as well as innovative, resourceful and results-oriented
