Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost calculations, quotations, and follow up on customer orders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
- Visit customer facilities to understand requirements and propose suitable equipment, automation solutions, and services.
- Manage full sales cycle activities, including presentations, site visits, and discussions on specifications and pricing.
- Serve as a communication bridge between customers and internal engineering/design teams.
- Participate in customer acceptance tests conducted both at the company’s factory and at customer sites.
- Provide regular communication and reporting to the Sales Manager.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in factory automation, machinery, or engineering-related industries.
- Strong mechanical or engineering background is preferred.
- Possesses a valid driving license and is willing to travel across different states in Malaysia.
