Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost calculations, quotations, and follow up on customer orders.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
Visit customer facilities to understand requirements and propose suitable equipment, automation solutions, and services.
Manage full sales cycle activities, including presentations, site visits, and discussions on specifications and pricing.
Serve as a communication bridge between customers and internal engineering/design teams.
Participate in customer acceptance tests conducted both at the company’s factory and at customer sites.
Provide regular communication and reporting to the Sales Manager.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in factory automation, machinery, or engineering-related industries.
Strong mechanical or engineering background is preferred.
Possesses a valid driving license and is willing to travel across different states in Malaysia.
