JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage needs of customers through phone and emails
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery arrangements until customers’ doorsteps
- Report to Customer Service HOS and (or) Sales Manager
- Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required by supervisor
- Be initiatives on resolving issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, documentations issues, pricing/invoices queries etc
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possess Diploma or Degree qualifications or equivalent.

Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office software

Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience

Good attitude, enthusiastic, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused

Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, professional telephone manners

Good mmunication skills with business writing skills
