Responsibilities
To sell & propose total solutions to customers including ingredients, tools, and machinery.
Always understand customer needs, prepare the precise proposal, and quotation to client.
Explore, identify and develop new market opportunities for customers.
Provide excellent service to potential and existing customers.
Expand market & clientele and contribute positively to achieve sales targets.
Organizing sales visit, responsible for payment collection.
Well understanding on products, demonstration and presenting products to customers.
Maintaining accurate records and reviewing sales performance.
To follow up on machine installation, commissioning, and technical support together with technicians when required.
To coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and customers to resolve technical or product-related issues.
To support product trials, demonstrations, and application testing with customers.
To monitor customer usage, feedback, and future requirements in order to develop new business opportunities.
Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in relevant fields.
Preferably 2-3 years relevant working experiences.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
Expand market & clientele and contribute positively to achieve sales targets.
Good awareness of market trends.
Willing to travel outstation.
