JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Johor Bahru
- Industry: Building Construction software design and distribution
- Our client is an international well known building information modeling software designer.
- Due to expansion, they invite applicants with experience in Quantity Surveying or related experience to join their big family.
- Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts.
- Keeping up good relationship with existing and new clients.
- Make appointment and demonstrate excellent BIM software presentations for customers.
- Develop and acquire new customer from target market segment (Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors and QS Consultant) over telephone, e-mail and outdoor visiting.
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support.
- Prepare weekly sales report.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or its equivalent.
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience in sales and marketing.
- Good market knowledge in construction industry, especially BIM technology for contractors and consultants.
- Excellent in negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possesses own transport and keen to travel.
