JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and build sales through planning of annual sales plan of assigned territories.
Train and support distributors on product applications and implement strategies on business expansion plans.
Provide leadership & guidance to the sales team to achieve growth & profitability.
Pursue sales leads, promotes products, conclude orders and arranges internal sales logistics.
Monitor and keep abreast of ground market information of the business, market and competitive activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering.
At least 10 years of industrial sales experience & expereince in managing distributors.
5 years of experience in leading sales team.
Good personality & strong communication skills.
Own car and willing to travel.
