THE JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales & Business Development will explore exponential business opportunities and ensure the company’s goal in becoming a Mass Custom e-commerce platform in the Asia-Pacific region. You will be instrumental in acquiring renowned companies from various sectors. As you grow with us, we'll rely on your leadership to maximize sales, introduce sales partnership schemes, and spearhead organizational expansion.
- Craft and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets and ensure consistent business growth.
- Proactively generate potential leads through various channels and convert them into fruitful sales opportunities.
- Actively represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, building and nurturing connections with potential clients.
- Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
- Regularly prepare sales reports and forecasts, using this data to make informed business decisions and strategies.
- Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, customer service, product, and operations to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to create new customer values and achieve discontinuous growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Prior experience in similar roles within multinational or e-commerce companies.
- Established relationships with executives in large corporations, with a history of successful negotiations.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and ensuring the adoption of systems like CRM
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant business growth.
- Exceptional business acumen, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Stellar communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter who's adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for projects and to meet clients as required.
