Senior Channel Sales Ops Lead - Asia Pacific
A distinguished semiconductor company headquartered in Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Channel Sales Ops Lead - Asia Pacific. This role plays a crucial part within the Sales Operations organization, collaborating closely with Channel Sales and Distributors to enhance partner engagement and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities for Senior Channel Sales Ops Lead - Asia Pacific:
  • Collaborates closely with management teams across various functions, including Sales, Business Units, and Operations, to analyze, interpret, and monitor business outcomes. Data analysis, performance metrics, trends, and observations inform effective decision-making.
  • Assume the role of Subject Matter Expert for the Asia Pacific region.
  • Oversee Model N aspects of Channel Sales programs such as end-of-life management, inventory stock rotation, price protection, phantom inventory, and channel partner reporting continuity.
  • Drive process standardization, streamline documentation, and establish review cadences to ensure adherence to company compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Distribution Sales to identify bottlenecks and gaps, promoting a culture of ease of engagement.
  • Utilize Model N to identify, manage, and implement system changes, with a focus on automation to enhance process effectiveness and user productivity.
  • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding shifting priorities and projects.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Business, Sales/Marketing, or Finance.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese-Mandarin (oral and written); additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail; experience in project management is beneficial.
  • Strong ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage competing deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong emphasis on quality and a "do it right the first time" mentality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems (preferably Model N, SAP, Salesforce.com) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated technical ability to learn new software tools.
  • Experience in channel, distribution, or sales team environments, with knowledge of the IT and Semiconductor Industry, is advantageous.
