JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse daily operation data, trouble shoot and rectify operation problem
- Conduct plant improvement activities to ensure safe and smooth operation with optimum condition
- Make sure the implementation of ISO9001, ISO TS16949 and ISO 14001 are carry out according to quality and environmental management system
- Make sure ensure the implementation of OHSAS 18001 is carry out according to OSH Management system
- Preparation of SOP, work instructions and operation guideline to ensure the documents updated
- Prepare training materials, guideline and provide training for operation crew to improve their job knowledge, skill & safety mindset
- Monthly Report to Section Manager on operational performances and related activities
- Attend meeting such as Manufacturing Technology
- Meeting and Preventive Maintenance Meeting
- Liaison with other Section / Department and Licenser on Monomer Process and other related activities
- Appraise Operation crew (including Supervisor) performance and recommend to Section Manager to their career development plan
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing Environment
- Those who have working experience in Chemical/ Petrochemical Plant is highly preferred
- Posses analytical skills, problem solving skills and report - writing skills
- Positive attributes with strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and commitment towards work
- Performance -oriented with cost and quality awareness minded
- Knowledge in ISO will be added advantage
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in chemical knowledge
- Candidate must able to relocate to Kuching, Sarawak.
