JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of Halal Assurance System as well as monitor Halal files and documents from time to time to ensure information is up to date.
To monitor overall product quality from raw material, production processes to finished product, ensuring compliance to Food Safety and Halal requirements.
To lead Halal internal and external audit as well as facilitate QMS certification audits.
To handle customer complaint investigations and propose relevant corrective actions.
To execute and ensure the proper implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) as well as recommending appropriate Continuous Quality Improvement strategies from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Halal Management, Food Science, Applied Science or equivalent.
Have at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Halal Management roles in Food Manufacturing industry.
Knowledgeable in Food Quality Standards and Quality Management System (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000 etc.).
