Job Title: Senior QA Engineer (Automotive)
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain company ISO documents, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Handle all internal and external audits related to quality assurance.
- Acts as the Quality Management Representative (QMR), ensuring adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quantity standards
- Collaborate with Chinese engineers for effective communication and coordination
- Develop quantity inspections and audits to identity areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborative with cross-functional teams to resolve quantity issues and implement preventive measures
- Lead and support root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to address non-conformities.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality related topics to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, prepare report, and present findings to management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and customer specifications.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in quality assurance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum if 5 years of experience as a Quantity Assurance Engineer or similar role, with expertise in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Experience as a Quantity Management Representative (QMR) is preferred
- Fluency in English and Chinese languages to effectively communicate with Chinese engineers
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with automotive industry quantity requirement is a plus
