Senior Web Developer
The role
You will be the hands-on coder in the Proptech team and will support our tech objectives, capabilities and growth and disrupt the real estate market in this new and exciting space.
Job Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, review, deploy, maintain and improve web applications in an Open Source, Agile environment;
- Managing software projects from priorities, deadlines to deliverables;
- Develop software solutions by studying needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes and investigating problem areas;
- Assess the feasibility of software solutions by evaluating available resources and project requirements
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in cloud-based infrastructures and software development across the stack (e.g. PHP, Vue.js /React JS, Node Js, Python, AWS, SQL, API, Git)
- Have strong experience in building API platform.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- General understanding of user interface technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript
- Experience with versioning technologies, continuous integration/delivery environment and automated unit testing
- Experience with Laravel or any other MVC framework
- Knowledge of technical know-how and professional software engineering best practices for the full software development lifecycle
- Experience building chatbot solutions in high scale production environments is a plus
- Ability to write logical, clean, and reusable codes that optimize user-system interaction
- Well-versed with the latest trends in coding, standards, and security settings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop and confidently deliver polished presentations to customers and internal teams
- Ability to multi-task following agile methodology in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
