A globally recognized manufacturer and supplier of analytical instrument is looking for a highly disciplined and committed service engineer to strengthen its service team.
As a successful Service Engineer, you are responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and delivering operational training to users.
Job Responsibilities
- Use strategic tools to resolve customer concerns, maintaining clear communication with clients and technical teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on service requests.
- Monitor equipment performance, implement preventative measures, and conduct quality and safety checks.
- Deliver product demonstrations to promote safe and effective usage.
- Prepare reports and present findings to managers and supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Possess education level of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Biotechnology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of service and maintenance experience in related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel extensively for business trips.
