A globally recognized manufacturer and supplier of analytical instrument is looking for a highly disciplined and committed service engineer to strengthen its service team.
As a successful Service Engineer, you are responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and delivering operational training to users.
Job Responsibilities
Use strategic tools to resolve customer concerns, maintaining clear communication with clients and technical teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on service requests.
Monitor equipment performance, implement preventative measures, and conduct quality and safety checks.
Deliver product demonstrations to promote safe and effective usage.
Prepare reports and present findings to managers and supervisors.
Job Requirements
Possess education level of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Biotechnology or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of service and maintenance experience in related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to travel extensively for business trips.
