Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis and optimization to ensure robust performance.
- Perform packaging and system-level SIPI simulations, extracting key parameters such as insertion loss, return loss, TDR, eye diagram, DC IR, PDN, and AC ripple.
- Collaborate with packaging designers to optimize design details, provide layout implementation guidance, and prepare detailed simulation reports.
- Participate in ball-map layout planning and packaging design reviews, ensuring alignment with SIPI best practices.
- Assist internal design teams and external clients in defining and implementing reasonable SIPI standards.
- Offer SIPI simulation expertise to guide IP product development and enhance design accuracy.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in SIPI-related work.
- Strong theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI).
- Proficient in utilizing SIPI-specific design tools, including HFSS, SIWAVE, ADS, PowerSI, HSPICE, and more.
- Extensive experience in simulating high-speed IPs, such as DDR and SerDes.
- Demonstrates strong team spirit with excellent communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge and collaborate effectively.
