Job Descriptions
- Review engineering drawings for measurability and define measurement methods.
- Perform advanced measurement and inspection, including programming complex tools (e.g., VMM).
- Conduct Gage R&R and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Evaluate, select, and qualify new metrology equipment for technology development.
- Drive continuous improvement in measurement tool stability, capability, and capacity.
- Define calibration and maintenance activities for measurement equipment.
- Perform correlation studies with customers/suppliers on critical parameters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Process Technology, or QA/Metrology. ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.
- Min 3 years in manufacturing or proven ability in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of metrology and GD&T.
- Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14000, ISO45000 & IATF16949.
- Proficiency in QM tools and quality assurance methods (Gage R&R, MSA, SPC, FMEA).
- Advanced statistical analysis skills (Minitab).
