JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Well versed in maintaining and updating overall organization document control and internal audit in an EMS environment
- Responsible for internal audit activities and ensuring the organization comply to ISO 9001 requirements
- Responsible for internal/external auditing together with EHS team for ISO 14001 compliance
- Assist QMS Manager in coordinating customer audit and follow-up nonconformity raised
- Assist QMS Manager in coordinating and preparing Management Review Meeting
- Ensure Quality KPI reported according to schedule
- Oversee filling, sorting and retrieving of electronic and hardcopy documentation in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Maintain good filling system and tracking of documents/records
- Ensure all documentation provided as per quality format requirements
- Any other relevant duties/responsibilities to be assigned from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Quality Management System required for this position
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, external/internal audit and document Form HRA-GB-F0002(V1) control in a manufacturing environment
- Preferably knowledge in electronic manufacturing services for process audit
- Computer knowledge, MS Excel, MS Word and housekeeping of documents
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage workloads successfully and provide outstanding customer service
- Good communication with other departments
