Based in Malaysia office, responsible for the following end-to-end recruitment process for the Japan office.
- Sourcing strategy development
- Candidate sourcing
- Candidate screening
- Interview scheduling
- Offer management
- Post-employment support
[Ideal experience]
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- In-house Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruiter experience (recruiting experience for Japanese speaking positions or Japan market)
- Business level Japanese proficiency (N1 level or above required)
- Business level English proficiency
