Key Responsibilities for Technical Sales Account Specialist:
- Strategically plan regional activities for company's Products in collaboration with Global Customer Directors and Sales Colleagues.
- Coordinate local business activities for specific customer groups.
- Implement customer strategies through team alignment.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Mentor and train Account Managers.
- Lead internal acquisition and proposal processes for RFQs.
- Manage technical and commercial change management throughout development and production.
- Monitor customer cost reduction programs (VAVE).
- Support logistics/quality management for on-time delivery and zero-defect supply.
- Assist accounts receivable to ensure timely customer payments.
- Align with Aftermarket Sales Organization on pricing and conditions for specific customers and products.
- Adhere to customer-specific requirements in compliance with ISO/TS 16949 and internal processes.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills for effective decision-making and communication.
- Proficient problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of roles and responsibilities within complex organizations.
- Attention to style and etiquette in professional appearance.
- Experience in team management.
- Proficiency in economical calculations and profitability accounting.
- Familiarity with procedures for planning and controlling.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with ideally Japanese language skills.
- Competence in PC/IT skills.
- Technical understanding of various products.
- Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
