Your New Company:
A world class manufacturer specializing in water heating solutions. Renowned for innovation and energy efficiency. They are currently looking for a Technical Support and Service Manager.

You will be responsible to:
  • Manage relevant product portfolio.
  • Support the development of the product range and sales.
  • Introduce new products including fact base, positioning, forecasting.
  • On site aftersales support for Malaysia and virtual call for overseas
  • Feedback to respective factories if exceeded AQL and seeking solution.
  • Provide training to stakeholders on existing and new products and standards.
You are required to have:
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering
  • At least 3 years successful experience from technical & aftersales
  • Analytical and strategic. Ability to think several steps ahead and conceptualize ideas.
  • Good ability to structure information and plan agenda.
  • Initiate product development activities (PDI)
  • Able to communicate well with global product teams.
