JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to ensure an environment based on high performance culture.
- Continuously participating in improvement processes in order to contribute to effectiveness and efficiency within the team and the Market.
- Takes initiative in helping others- buddying, highlighting bottlenecks.
- Takes responsibility, correcting problems quickly and decisively.
- Supporting the communication channels in place, in order to ensure alignment within the team members.
- Supporting the Operations Manager in identifying team’s needs and facilitate solutions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree
- Native in local language (Thai)
- Acceptable in English in case English is not a market language
- Able to converse fluently and handle stressful situations or difficult customers in a calm & professional manner.
- Preferable driver’s license, technical vehicle related education and general interest in automotive.
- IT and CMS skills.
