Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails and other relevant administrative tasks effectively and efficiently
- Provide first level technical support using documented procedures and available tools
- Escalate issues in time to resolve customer issues quickly and to their complete satisfaction
- Identify and provide input on unique/recurring customer problems so that handling can be improved, or even better, the issue eliminated entirely
- Keep the customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them
Job Requirements
- Driven by customer satisfaction – always deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong spoken and written communicator (multilingualism will be a plus point!), friendly, energetic
- Happy to work in shifts (the contact centre does not sleep!)
- Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in both English and Malay
