JOB DESCRIPTION
- With Young , Dynamics and Creative mindset to be one of the young generation management group.
- Location : Batu Pahat , Johor ( opened for outstation candidates as accomodation provided)
- Salary range: RM 5,000 - RM 7,000
- Reponsible to oversee the smooth running of all outlet operations.
- Coach and guide outlet supervisors and staffs related to SOP, Best Practics, outlet standards & cleanliness
- Provide solutions that address performance issue in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and ensure Sale, Margin and Expenses achieve target.
- Constantly look for outlet improvement for sales and margin opportunity
- Monitor and control inventory levels. Adopt stringent measures to ensure physical stock level tally with record on the POS System
- Coordinate all inventory planning and stock take on montly basis
- Ensure staffs are equipped with good product knowledge and tacyical promotions in order to effectively communicate them to customers
- Submit operation reports and KPIs on timely basis
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidates with retail and planning background are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates but be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Candidates who are in a supervisory role with scheduling or planning work experience are encouraged to apply.
