JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall accounting operation
- Record purchases and sells
- Prepare Vouchers & Input in System
- Update Stock List, Sales Report, AR & AP Aging Report (by manual)
- Update the bank balance & control cash flow
- Arrange payments to suppliers and check cash receipts from customers
- Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Report to Headquarter
- Liaise with auditors for audit matters
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with financial accounting and bookkeeping
- ACCA, CPA or MIA or other professional accounting accreditation will be an added advantage
- Able to prepare a full set of accounts
- Experience in Financial Statements for Audit
