JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To handle foreign worker permit renewal, passport renewal and others.
- To ensure staffs database are properly updated.
- General administrative support.
- To monitor Hostel infrastructure, defective repair & pest control, safety issues for hostel foreign workers.
- Regulary meet employees for progress review, discussion and grievances issues.
- To perform general issues regarding security matters.
- Liaise with all government bodies to ensure adherence compliance laws and regulations.
- To liaise with immigration department for foreign workers documentation.
- To liaise with Ministry of Home Affairs and other related government department for the application and endorsement.
- Managing foreign workers administrative job such as register/renew/terminate FWCMS, insurance, process of visa for cancellation or endorsement, arrange for FOMECA Check-up and etc.
- To liaise with contract agencies on the administration of the foreign workers (accommodation, transport, etc)
- Foreign worker's Hostel management.
- To ensure compliance in policies and procedures with regards to foreign workers issues and statutory requirements.
- Monitor and track closely all visas for renewal purpose and to ensure visas are renewed in a timely manner.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report in Excel sheet & Power Point as required by Superior.
- To handle any ad-hoc task.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Capital Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field.
- Experience and specializing in Human Resources or equivalent is preferable.
- Must be proficiency in Microsoft Excel in advance level.
